1. Critiques
a. Critiques will be posted in the “Documents” tab on the app. The full results packet has been posted as well.
b. Be sure that you read through them BEFORE your practice with your coach and be ready to share them with your coach at your practice this week.
2. Lunch from Spectacular
a. If you bought lunch from the concessions, please bring $5 to school to pay for that lunch.
3. Playoff team
a. We are getting to the point in our season when we are going to see some changes in entries and team mates that compete with us each week. Our three 8th graders, Kaitlyn, Anna Marie, and Alex have had such wonderful seasons and grown so much in their speaking skills that I am so excited to seeing what they each bring to the team next year!
b. Thank you three so much for all of your hard work this season! Can’t wait to hear you at Spotlight!
4. Speech Spotlight
a. Spotlight will be THIS Friday with show one starting at 6:15.
b. The program is posted as an attachment in this announcement. Please look over it and let me know ASAP if you do not see your name. I need to send these off to get printed by Tuesday.
c. Please arrive to the school by 6.
5. Shakopee
a. We are heading to Shakopee this weekend.
b. The bus will load at 4:45 and leave at 5.
c. If you are not on the bus by 5, you will be left.
d. Check entries below and TEXT ME if something needs to be changed
e. Please text me in the morning if you got sick in the night and will not be able to compete.
Reminders for this week:

2. Speech team booster money was due before break. It is $40. Checks should be made out to Tiger Speech Team Boosters. Many of you have not paid this. We need this to help cover the cost for the comfy charter busses.

Coming up:
1. Team Time!
a. Team Time THIS Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 2:45-3:45 in room A257.
b. Drama will be in charge of locker decs and treats this week
c. This is a great time to bond with teammates and get help on your speech!
d. Remember that in order to letter, you need to attend two team times.
e. You should be staying at Team Time for the duration. This is the only way to continue to improve your speaking.

a. Please check the attached program and let me know ASAP if there are any changes that need to be made.
b. Please arrive to the school by 6:00PM

a. Bus loads at 4:45
